Private supply
No utility upstream. No report to read. The system is sized to what your ground actually gives you, and that is different at every house.
Your problem Bad taste or smell · Crust on every fixture · Stains · A private well · What you cannot taste
One dual tank well setup. Yours gets configured once the assessment is in.
Part of its job list
Orange stains on sinks, tubs and clothes
That rotten egg smell, strongest in the hot water
Grit and sediment clogging aerators and screens
If your supply shows something these stages do not cover, we say so and point you to what does.
What it is
No two wells match, so no single well system exists. Iron, sulfur, sediment and hardness show up in every combination, which is why the stages are chosen after the assessment. Two things never change: the setup goes where the line enters the house, and it is sized to your supply.
At the kitchen sink
Wells still get a dedicated reverse osmosis stage at the kitchen sink. The assessment works it into the plan.
The price
Priced to your well
The city water number does not apply here, since the stages follow the supply. Yours still arrives in writing, after one call about what your water is doing.

The water table rises and falls with the seasons, and what dissolves into it shifts along with it. Clear in October, staining by April. So the system is sized for the swings, not for one good day.
You get the stages your water asks for and no more. The assessment sets the lineup. One tank of problem, one tank.
No. Most well owners are in the same boat. Tell us what shows up at the taps across the year and the assessment picks it up from there.
